Global Addresses allow you to create all of your different sites and physical locations in Eploy, associating them to all of your organisations & vacancies to aid with advertising, searching and contracted locations.
View - Addresses
To set up addresses, you can do this within View - Addresses from the Eploymenu, where you will find all of the addresses that have already been added, along with any related information, such as reference, type, location and associated companies.
You can either click New or select an exist record to edit, where you can populate the address information, set a location and any other related information:
- Title - This is the name of the address and will be used when searching for or allocating the address.
- Reference - If you are importing addresses from your HR system, you can use the reference field to link the addresses.
- Type - This allows you to define what the address is and what it should be used for, either a branch, a site or an invoice address.
- Location - By selecting a location to associate to the address, it will mean the location is automatically allocated when the address is selected.
You can then populate the rest of the address info, either by populating the address fields or using the post code look up.
Once the address information is entered, you can save the address, which will then make it available to select in your company and vacancy records.
Additional Addresses
As well as setting the main address on a organisation / vacancy, you can now also set Additional Addresses. This is useful for when one of your departments is based across multiple sites and means you don't need to create duplicate organisations, whilst adding extra addresses for vacancies will allow you to advertise a role in against multiple different sites.
Hint - By providing an additional Google Maps API key, you can update the map on your Eploy candidate portal to display each of the addresses against a vacancy. For more information on how this works, please contact your Account Manager or our Success team.
