This guide outlines the key screens and features of the Eploy CMS. It is designed to support users with navigating, editing, and managing content entries.
Login

You will receive your login details from your Implementation Manager once the project has been signed off and training completed.

Navigate to the Eploy CMS login page and enter your credentials.

The login screen will appear as shown below.
Entries List
After logging in, the Entries List is the first screen you’ll see

Displays all entries currently created in your system.

Entries are listed in a grid with several key columns.

Click on an entry title to open, edit or add content.
Entry Grid Columns
Column | Description |
---|---|
Publish Status | ✔️ Published / ❌ Unpublished. Controls visibility within the CMS. Published entries must be added to a live page to appear on your website. |
Title | Displays the title of the entry. |
Workflow Status | Status options include: |

Draft: Entry is being worked on.

Published: Changes are finalised and visible on your site (if linked).

No Text: No changes made since last publish.

Archived: Only shown if “Archived” is selected in filters. Hidden from the main view. |
| Content Type | Indicates the data type used during creation. See the Entry Creation Guide for more details. |
| Updated Date | Shows when the entry was last edited. Every change creates a save state (rollbacks available via Eploy Success Team). |
Search and Filtering
Located on the left-hand side of the Entries screen.

Keyword Search: Auto-filters as you type. Filters results based on selected checkboxes (e.g. Publish Status).

Dropdown Filters: Filter entries by:

Content Type

Content Owner
-
Publish Status (Published, Unpublished, Archived)

Workflow Status (e.g. Draft)

View Options
-
Click the “View” dropdown to change how entries are displayed based on content type. Default view is Config, showing all created entries.
Advanced Search
Click "Switch to Advanced Search" or the magnifying glass icon on the left toolbar.

Enables deeper filtering options.

Recycle Bin Entries

Useful for locating old or deleted items for reuse or republishing.
Project Selector
Found above the Entries List in the left toolbar.

Displays the website project(s) you have access to.

Typically named after your company.
-
Most users will see only one project.
CMS Dashboard
Click the CMS icon (Contensis) at the top of the left toolbar to access the dashboard.
Left Side: Activity Feed

Shows recent comment activity on entries you’re associated with.
-
Default view displays the last 14 days worth of comments.

Click “Show Older Activity” to load all historic information.
Right Side: Quick Entries List

A condensed version of the main Entries List.

Create new entries via the “New Entry” button.
