Hiring Manager Portal - Change Log - v48

This guide details the specific changes in the Hiring Manager portal, as part of our v48 Release. You can read through the changes below, or watch our helpful video.

Dashboards

• Addition of HTML Widgets. These can be added & configured by core system users, allowing for the addition of headers, notes, images and videos into the dashboard. For more information, please see here.

• Navigate from Application Widgets. Widgets using Application metrics are now available for Hiring Managers to navigate from. This allows core users to create metrics and widgets to display applications which require additional attention (awaiting feedback over 7 days, active applications for closed vacancies etc.) Any application metrics already used on the dashboard will automatically allow Hiring Managers to navigate from and access the data.

Vacancies

• Add Vacancy button (in page) moved from left hand corner to right. This has been done to reduce the white space on the page and bring the vacancy grid higher up the page.

Applications - Pipeline

• Pipeline / Tabs / Talent Pool views condensed into one menu item.
• Increased Viewpoint, which means more applications will be visible automatically.
• Action controls removed from below vacancy picker.

• Improved status filtering, as well as moved next to vacancy picker (was below previously).

• Process button / Action control panel condensed into one new pop-up menu.

Applications - Tab View

• Pipeline / Tabs / Talent Pool views condensed into one menu item.
• Action controls removed from below vacancy picker.

• Process button / Action control panel condensed into one new pop-up menu.

Offers & Placements

• Search button moved from left hand corner to right. This has been done to reduce the white space on the page and bring the placement grid higher up the page

• Within a placement, address & contact information of placed candidate removed from top right hand corner (information available within body of page).
• Application button, along with contact / download controls, moved to top right hand corner. This has been done to reduce the unused space on the page.

Timesheets

• Search / Authorise options moved to right hand corner in grid. This has been done to reduce the white space on the page and bring the timesheet grid higher up the page

• Within Timesheet Authorisation, candidate address / contact information removed from top right hand corner.
• Within Timesheet Authorisation, next / previous navigation now left aligned, rather than central.

Toolbar

• Help Icon for those with Hiring Manager Support.
• Accessibility Tools available for those with ReciteMe built in.
