About this Phase
You’re rapidly approaching the half-way point in your Implementation of Eploy.
Phase 1 and 2 are over, and your fully built Eploy System has been demonstrated and handed over to you during the Build Delivery meeting.
Now it’s time for you to take all the preparation work you did during Phase 2 and complete the “corporate personalisation” of your system.
By the end of this phase of your project you will:
- Have configured the necessary information/documents etc in your live Eploy System
- Have attended the Customer Testing webinar
- Had a Solution Playback meeting
- Be ready to proceed to the next stage of your project (Phase 4 – Customer Testing)
It’s important to remember that you need to configure your to be information/documents and not your current as is process.
Training
You will have already attended the Customer Configuration webinars during Phase 2, but you're welcome to attend again.
During Phase 2 you were focusing on what can be changed and how to plan for it…you might have missed/forgot a lot of the detail on how to change it all – by attending again, you can focus on that.
You can find the schedule for the Customer Configuration webinars here.

Looking Ahead to Phase 4
As well as configuring the system during this phase, this is also you chance to prepare for the next phase of the project (Phase 4 – Customer Testing).
Now is a good time to start thinking about which parts of the system you should be testing and which parts you shouldn’t, based on how your system has been built and configured. We would rather you find this out now rather than as you enter the testing phase.
Please ensure that you have attended this webinar before by the end of Phase 3 – Customer Configuration.
We have provided you with some documentation to help you prepare for this phase of the project:
- Customer Testing Scenarios
- Customer Testing Script Template
You’ll also be able to find more information about this stage by looking at the Phase 4 - Customer Testing Overview article.
As always, your Implementation Manager is on hand for any questions and guidance that you need.
