About This Phase
Your scope told us which parts of the system you wanted to use, and in Phase 1 you told us how you want each feature to behave and the type of information you’d like to collect.
During Phase 2, your Implementation Manager is busy arranging and co-ordinating the build of your system, in line with the specifications you’ve given us.
This is also your opportunity to start getting ready for Phase 3 - Customer Configuration, where you’ll be putting your own stamp on to the system.
There’s loads more to an implementation of an Eploy system than features and questions – there's things like email template content, notification settings (how and when you want emails to be sent), vacancy templates, GDPR and Security settings: all these things will be completely unique to your organisation.
During Phase 2, we’d like you to use your Demo system to start planning for all the elements of “corporate personalisation“ you can make in the system.
By the end of this phase of your project you will:
- Have collated any information/documents etc that need to be configured by you in the next phase
- Have attended the Customer Configuration webinars
- Had a Build Delivery meeting
- Be ready to proceed to the next stage of your project (Phase 3 – Customer Configuration)
As already mentioned in Phase 1, it’s important to remember that you need to have prepared your to be information/documents and not your current as is process.
Training
There are a series of Knowledgebase articles available to you which will help guide you through this preparation phase (links below…), but sometimes it’s really useful to see all these things in action, and have the ability to ask questions.
To that end, we have 2 x 2.5hr Customer Configuration webinars, delivered by our Training Team (Eploy Academy), which you need to attend.
You can find more information on these sessions and registration links here.
Configuration Preparation
These are the tasks that you need to prepare for during this phase. Each item has a corresponding Knowledgebase article - click the item below to be taken to that article:
Don’t forget, you still have access to your demo system so feel free to use this to get more familiar with Eploy and the areas of the system that you will be required to configure.
As always, your Implementation Manager is on hand for any questions and guidance that you need.
