During Phase 2 of the Implementation process, while your Implementation Manager is busy building your new Eploy system according to your specifications, you will be asked to plan your activities for Phase 3, which is the Customer Configuration phase.
During the Customer Configuration phase you’ll be let loose on your brand new system and asked to spend time setting up all of the aspects of the system which are readily configurable by an end user – this includes areas such as your Email and Vacancy Templates, additional Recruitment and Authorisation Workflows, Security Settings, Documents and Forms.
We really want to help you hit the ground running with these activities, and to that end, as part of your Implementation you'll be invited to attend a dedicated webinar focusing on the areas of the system you'll be asked to configure.
What will be covered?
As part of Phase 2 and 3 of your Implementation, you'll be asked to plan for, and then configure, many (but not necessarily all) of the following areas of your system:
- Drop Down Lists
- Vacancy Templates
- Pay Salaries
- Authorisation Workflows
- Application Forms and Flows
- Email Templates
- Recruitment Workflows
- Onboarding Forms and Flows
- Offer Letters, Contracts and other Document Templates
- Reference Collection Settings
- Job Alert Settings
- GDPR Settings
The requirements of every customer will be different and, as such, the agenda of each Customer Configuration session will be different.
The trainer delivering your session will have had a conversation with your Implementation manager in advance of the training to learn more about how you'll be using the system and which items from the above list need covering.
A full agenda will be shared with you in advance of the training.
When will the session take place?
Customer Configuration training typically takes place during Phase 2 of your Implementation, but this can change depending on the nature of your project.
Your Implementation Manager will let you know when this session needs to take place.
Who should attend these sessions?
It's up to you to decide who needs to attend this training - not everyone on your project team will necessarily be involved in Configuration tasks e.g. some may only be responsible for testing. But we'd strongly recommend all those who will be carrying out some Configuration tasks should attend.
As this session will be carried out exclusively within the Core System, Hiring Managers should not be invited to attend.
How much does it cost?
Nothing. Nada. Nil! This session is included in the cost of your Implementation.
How do I attend?
This training will be delivered via Teams.
A Teams Invite will be sent to you when the training session has been arranged.
