NEW! Hiring Manager Pipelines

Now your Hiring Managers can benefit from Eploy’s Pipeline View for even smoother, more efficient
recruitment management. Moving candidates from stage to stage is simply a matter of dragging and
dropping candidates from one column to another. Of course, the ability to move candidates will depend on the manager’s permission, so you still have complete control over which stages they are responsible,
meaning your process remains fully compliant. It’s also easy for hiring managers to move swiftly from
Pipeline View to Grid View - click on the stage heading and view all candidates at that stage.

IMPROVED - Hiring Manager Tabs

While adding the new Pipeline View, we’ve also improved the Tab View. Now you have an at-a-glance process overview bar showing the number of candidates at each stage - which you can click to view
the candidates and filter by status. 

NEW! - Vacancy Share Button

We’ve grouped together your previous social sharing options for vacancies with
a new Vacancy share button (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn & WhatsApp) and added a couple of
new features... 

New! - Vacancy Links

Click the Vacancy Links icon and grab the External, Internal and Hidden Links - you can even share them
via LinkedIn and WhatsApp. But what’s a Hidden Link? Ever had a vacancy you want people to be able to apply to but not be visible on your careers site? It could be a confidential position or one where you have identified some preferred candidates and want to invite just them to apply - now you can send them a hidden link!

New! - Vacancy QR Codes

Now you can instantly get a QR Code for any of your vacancies. Click the Share icon on a vacancy, select the QR Code, and download QR Codes for the External, Internal and Hidden links.

NEW! - Discover Forms - Field Validation

We’ve upgraded Eploy Discover so that you can now add Regular Expressions to validate Candidate’s
responses to your questions - for example: ensuring Bank Account numbers are eight characters, postcodes are properly formatted and so on.

NEW! - Approver Delegation

We all need a break from time-to-time! But when your vacancy and placement authorisers are away, the last thing you want is new vacancies and hires stuck in the process awaiting their authorisation. To overcome this challenge, we’ve now added delegation. Head to the authorisers Contact record, and you can now select delegated authorisers you can permit to authorise on their behalf. You can even set start and end dates - or leave it open to allow permanent delegation. Even your hiring managers can set their delegated colleagues when they know they will be away from the business.

IMPROVED - Vacancy Tab View

When we added Pipeline View to the Hiring Manager portal, we’ve also updated Pipeline View in the core
Eploy System, so now when you click a stage heading, it will take you straight through to the Grid view and show you the candidates at that stage.

NEW! - Candidate Import

We’ve added a Candidate Import feature enabling you to upload candidates using CSV or XML quickly. Using a standard format (you can download examples straight from the tool), you can import candidate data into Eploy, including:

• Candidate fields
• Candidate Bank fields
• Candidate Education fields
• Candidate questions
• Application fields
• Application questions
• Placement fields
• Placement questions

IMPROVED - Address Picker

Adding candidate, company and contact addresses within the system is now even easier, simply start
typing the address and Eploy will suggest matches, then simply click the right one to populate the address fields*

NEW! - Custom Field Groups, Custom Fields & User Options Management

Building on our goal to make Eploy the most customer adaptable recruitment platform, we’ve introduced new tools enabling you to create, edit and manage all of your reportable and searchable custom field groups, fields and user option types (e.g. enabling you to create new drop-down lists).

IMPROVED - Vacancy Search Handler

We’ve enhanced the Vacancy Search handler so that you can include a CSV of VacancyID’s - useful for when you want to send a specific list of vacancies to potential candidates to view and apply.
