Eploy has/can support several different types of integrations. These are:
- API’s
- Single Sign On (SSO)
- Integrations with 3rd party systems:
- Data exports for HR & Payroll systems
- Checking providers
- Testing providers
- Video Interview providers
Details of our partners, integrations, connectors and add-ons can be found here: https://www.eploy.co.uk/marketplace/
The information below provides a very high-level overview of some of the functionality. Additional information on these options are available on request.
Preparing for an Integration
Each integration will have its own specification. In order to prepare for the project, we need to ensure that all the relevant stakeholders and any external suppliers are prepared. This means they have prepared the necessary resource needed to aid with the integration. This may include test systems, usernames, FTP folders, sandbox environments and developers who we can have access to.
It is important to think around the processes that the integration encompasses to make sure that people and important decisions are not missed.
For instance, in order to export a new candidate to your HRIS we need to ensure we have all the necessary information. Payroll may have their own requirements; IT may specify fields that are mandatory for the system to work and may even require data to go backwards into Eploy so that we can pass this back to the HRIS system e.g. job roles and nationality codes etc. Some of the fields required might not be suitable for collection during registration so the recruitment team and onboarding team will need to decide on the best time and mechanism to collect these. As you can see, this one integration can have ramifications across the team and the whole process. This also means that it must be discussed very early on in the project.
Integrating with 3rd Parties – Checking Providers
The Eploy third party integration framework allows data relating to an applicant in the recruitment workflow to be communicated via an API call to a right to work, background or reference checking provider.
Vacancies in Eploy can be associated to campaigns configured within the third-party checking provider. The campaigns can be configured as editable entries in a drop-down list that can be selected within each vacancy template or record, making the integration configurable if new campaigns are configured.
Integrating with 3rd Parties – Testing Providers
The Eploy third party integration framework allows data relating to an applicant in the recruitment workflow to be communicated via an API call to a testing provider system.
Vacancies in Eploy can be associated to campaigns configured within the third part testing provider system. These campaigns can be configured as editable entries in a drop-down list that can be selected within each vacancy template or record, making the integration configurable if new campaigns are configured.
Integrating with 3rd Parties – Video Interview Providers
The Eploy third party integration framework allows data relating to an applicant in the recruitment workflow to be communicated via an API call to a video interview system.
Vacancies in Eploy can be associated to campaigns configured within the third part video interview system and if needed you can also specify how many reviewers will be required. The campaigns can be configured as editable entries in a drop-down list that can be selected within each vacancy template or record, making the integration configurable if new campaigns are configured.
