NEW EPLOY TECHNOLOGIES
Welcome to our second issue of Eploy Innovations in 2022. As we mentioned last time, we have moved to a shorter release cycle, enabling us to react quickly to new requirements and changes in the world of recruitment.
NEW! NHS Jobs Integration*
In 2022 Release Two (version 45), we have introduced an integration with the new NHS Jobs platform,
enabling NHS and adjacent health & social care providers to post their vacancies to the NHS Jobs
board. You can configure the NHS Jobs integration to post your vacancies to NHS Jobs automatically.
Optionally, you can use a filter to ensure only the right jobs are posted. Alternatively, you can post on a per job basis, using the same interface as Eploy’s Multi-poster tool. You can map fields in your Eploy System to the relevant fields in NHS Jobs to ensure the correct required information is displayed.
Due to how NHS Jobs works, you will still need to log in to your NHS Jobs to publish jobs onto the board
finally. This is because vacancies posted via an ATS are set automatically as ‘drafts’ by NHS Jobs. Still, the
integration will significantly reduce the time it takes to post a vacancy on NHS Jobs and the likelihood of mistakes. If you are interested in integrating your Eploy system with NHS Jobs, please contact your
account manager for details.
API Improvements
We’ve added some new endpoints to the Eploy API, including:
-
Candidate Endpoint: Create Candidate from CV - enabling your integrations to extract candidate
information from a CV document and create a new
candidate. - Vacancies Endpoint: Upload file - enabling your integrations to upload files to specific vacancies.
- New: Notes Endpoint: - enabling you to create, update, search and retrieve notes attached to candidates, for example.
- New: Roles Endpoint: For searching and retrieving basic information about a user’s role.
Dashboard Improvements
Workflow Widget Enhancements
We’ve powered up the Workflow Widget, available in both the core system and Hiring Manager portal dashboards, with some new features and a fresh look.
New configuration options for the Workflow Widget include:
-
Active Applications: Choose whether to show all applications or only active
applications. -
Filter Recruitment Workflows: When selecting either to group by Recruitment
Workflow or Vacancies, you now have the option to add a filter so that only vacancies from your chosen Recruitment Workflows are displayed. Previously, the widget only allowed options for showing All Live Vacancies and My Live Vacancies, but new
options now enable you to display:-
- All Vacancies
- My Vacancies
- Selected Vacancies - allowing you to pick the vacancies you are interested in.
-
As well as giving the overall look and feel of the widget an eye-catching new design, we’ve also included colour options for formatting the results in your preferred colours or for colour coding multiple instances of the widget in a single dashboard.
Eploy App for Zoom now listed in the Zoom Marketplace
After a rigorous testing and approval process, the Eploy App for Zoom, developed using Zoom APIs, has been approved by Zoom Video Communications Inc and is now live on the Zoom App Marketplace.
The Eploy App for Zoom will enable Eploy users to organise Zoom meetings and view recordings from
within their Eploy Applicant Tracking System. Zoom meetings can be created and scheduled for organisers who have accounts within a corporate Zoom account for use within any Eploy ‘Action’ types, such as interviews, screening calls and more.
Forms & Flows Optimisations
We have significantly improved Eploy’s Flows technology to improve performance. While this does not alter the functionality, the candidate’s experience completing forms is improved from a speed perspective.
