The Customer Testing phase of your Implementation is your opportunity to take your, by now, fully configured Eploy system and put it through its paces to ensure that not only does the system do what you want it to do, but also what you need it to do.
There's a lot more to customer testing than simply sitting down at your computer, logging in to Eploy and clicking through the various screens.
To ensure your system has been thoroughly tested, you need to ensure you have put all of the testing basics in place, including:
- Identifying all aspects of the system which need testing
- Having a good test plan in place
- Involving appropriate users of the system to give you constructive feedback
- A timeframe within which to conduct your testing
- A mechanism to fix any test failures internally, where possible
- Knowing how to feed back any failures you're not able to fix to Eploy
To help get you off to a flying start, we'd like to invite you to attend our Customer Testing - Setting You Up For Success webinar, ran by our training team, Eploy Academy.
In this webinar we'll fully explore all of the points above, work through some practical examples and give you our best hints and tips on how to have the best Customer Testing phase you can.
There's more information on this webinar below, but if you'd like to jump straight to the schedule of dates and registration links, please click here.
When should I attend this webinar?
Whilst you're welcome to attend this webinar at any time throughout your Implementation, its best attended sometime between the middle and end of your Customer Configuration phase. Attending at this point of your implementation will help to ensure you have plenty of time to plan your testing activities.
Who should attend this webinar?
This webinar is aimed at those members of your project team who will be directly involved in the planning and running of your Customer Testing phase activities.
Although they're welcome to attend, there is no need for all members of your project team to attend.
What does the webinar cover?
This is an open session, meaning you'll likely be joined by project team members from other companies also going through Implementation.
As such, the topics covered in this webinar will be generic in nature, focussing on how to test any implementation of Eploy.
In this webinar we'll be looking at the following topics:
- Identifying what needs testing
- Creating an effective Testing Plan
- Identifying your Testers and SMEs
- Creating relevant test scenarios and scripts
- How to test the system properly
- Resolving test failures
- Feeding back to Eploy
Although we will be spending time inside an Eploy demo system, this webinar is not designed to teach you how to use the system - we'll assume you already know the basics by this point of your implementation.
If this is likely to be your first time seeing the Eploy system in use, we'd strongly recommend that you attend our Getting Started with Eploy webinar, where we fully introduce the system to you and show you the basics of how to use all of Eploy's recruitment features. What do I need?
This webinar will be delivered via Zoom, so it goes without saying that you'll need a computer or laptop and ideally a headset.
This is a "show and tell" style webinar, meaning you won't be given access to a specific training system, but you're welcome to log-in to your own system to follow along while we're running through some sample test scripts.
You'll be sent some further reading and key takeaways following the webinar, but we'd strongly recommend having pen and paper handy to make your own notes throughout the session.
When does it take place?
This webinar takes place every 2 weeks, on a different day each week – the current schedule is listed below.
Please use the registration links below to register for your preferred session.
There is a limit of 12 attendees per session, so please book as soon as you can to ensure you have a place.
How do I attend?
As mentioned above, this webinar is delivered via Zoom. For the best experience possible, we recommend that you download the Zoom Client, rather than joining via your browser.
