To view your Authorisation Workflows, navigate to Admin > Authorisation Workflows.

Here you'll see a list of all Authorisation Workflows currently configured within your system, including any that are still being configured, those that are active and any which have been archived.

From here, you can click New on the grey toolbar, or click on the name of any workflow to begin making changes.

Important - Any changes to authorisation workflows will not impact on any roles currently going through the process. The changes will only be reflected going forward, meaning your processes can evolve as your needs change, without impacting any existing requisitions.

If you need to apply changes to an existing requisition - i.e. there is a problem with the flow - you can reassign the workflow within the vacancy or placement record.
