There are several options available to you to create Placements within Eploy.  

Typically an offer is raised following a successful recruitment journey, which means that the placement will be created from within the application dialogue or pipeline. This process is detailed for both core system users or hiring manages in the guides below:

There may be times however, where you need to quickly create a placement outside of the typical recruitment process. This can be done a number of different ways.

Hint - A Placement has to relate to a Candidate and Vacancy, so before the placement can be created, you'll need to ensure that both the Vacancy and Candidate are already set up in the system.

Within a Vacancy

Locate and open the Vacancy in question, then navigate to the Placements tab.  Click New in the grey toolbar, fill in the required information and click Save.

Within a Candidate Record

Locate and open the Candidate in question, then navigate to the Placements tab.  Click New in the grey toolbar, fill in the required information and click Save.

Within a Company Record

Locate and open the Company in question, then navigate to the Placements tab.  Click New in the grey toolbar, fill in the required information and click Save.

View > Placements

From the Eploy Menu, click View followed by Placements - this will display a list of all Placements.  Click New in the grey toolbar, fill in the required information and click Save.
