A Placement record allows you to track and manage your offers and onboarding process, as well as record the details of any ongoing employment including start & end dates, salary or rate information.

The Placement record can also be used to capture offer specific information which might not be suitable to capture on the Vacancy, such as:

  • Welcome Bonus
  • Company Car entitlement
  • Private Medical Insurance type

These fields can be merged in to the successful candidates' Offer Letter or Contract and can also be used to determine which pages are displayed during the Onboarding process.
