Imports are used to get data into the system and there are several options available - whether it be an API import, which makes use of the Eploy API to update and create records, or the CSV import functions which will allow you to manage Companies, Contacts, Users and Drop Down Lists, all imports will create a row within our Import / Export table.

This is done to to allow you to keep track of where data within your system is coming from, as well as when it is being added to the database.

You can find records of this within Admin > Exports, where each row will detail an import or an export from the system.


CVs can also be imported into the database, using the CV import mailboxes.  Information on using the CV Import Mailbox can be found in this article.
