Placements starting over the next week – Bar Chart
In recruitment, a week can go quicker than a lunch hour, so keep track of your upcoming placements on your dashboard. We all know the work doesn't end with a placement, as candidates and clients need to contacted, followed up calls made and all parties are confirmed happy. This widget will give you all the details you need.
To get this –
I need to do this –
Create New Metric;
- Title – Placements Started
- Description – Placements, by placement start date and placement created by
- Record Type – Placements
- Date Field – Placements – Start Date
- Aggregate Type – Count
- User Field – Placements – Created by
- Permissions – Placements
- Filter – Not Required
Then add a new Widget –
- Click + Add Widget
- Chart Type – Bar Chart
- Record Type - Placements
- Metric – Placements Started
- Group by – Date – Day/Month/Year
- Second Group by - None
- Date Filter – Rolling Date Filter – From Today, to 6 days in the future.
- User Filter – Select User Name.
- Set Title – Placements starting during the next week.
- Chart Direction – Vertical
