leaderboards, fuel healthy competition and redeem points for rewards and bonuses for new hires.
NEW! Eploy AdStore
With Eploy AdStore, you can easily purchase job advertisements to promote your vacancies from
within Eploy. It offers over 3,000 job boards and channels, including popular sites such as LinkedIn, Total Jobs, and CV Library, as well as niche job boards and social media platforms.
NEW! ChatGPT Integration
If you want to take advantage of Generative Artificial intelligence (A.I.), we’ve made it simple by integrating ChatGPT into Eploy’s Job Advertisement U.I. Working alongside Eploy AdTuner, now you can use your ChatGPT account to help improve your job ads and more, even ask it to suggest some suitable interview questions for the job you are working on.
IMPROVED Dashboards
We’ve added many new features to Eploy’s award-winning Dashboard technology.
Here's the scoop...
HTML Widget
You can add HTML widgets to your dashboards and use them for...well...whatever you like! Titles, subheadings, links, FAQs, help guides. Just drag and drop an HTML widget onto your dashboard and click to enter your content.
Dashboards - Filtering Viewers
We’ve improved dashboard sharing so that you can now create filters of users that can view each dashboard. Previously, you could only share dashboards by picking individual users; now, you can build a filter that will share a dashboard with users with a specific Role, Business Area, Company, etc.
SnapStats - Leaderboard view
We’ve added several new features to the SnapStat dashboard widget. First-up, Leaderboards. You can
now set a SnapStat to display as a leaderboard, with the top 3 displaying Gold, Silver, and Bronze trophies. For example, display a leaderboard of your team showing the people who have made the most hires this month.
SnapStats - Avatars
SnapStats configured to display people, whether candidates, users, employees, etc., now also display the individual’s avatar.
SnapStats - Ungrouped view
We’ve improved the visual design of SnapStats which don’t have any grouping, so they only display a single data item or KPI.
Other Improvements!
NEW! - Hiring Manager Roles & Data Layer
You can now create different Roles for hiring managers to control their access to Eploy features (Permissions) and data (Data Access). This makes it easier to manage hiring managers -
different sets of permissions and data access levels for different types of hiring managers - combined with our new ability to share dashboards based on roles, your hiring managers can now have specific dashboards appropriate to their roles in the recruitment process.
IMPROVED - Vendor Roles
Similarly, you can now create different Roles for Vendors (e.g. agency partners who can access the
Vendor Portal) that will control their access to Eploy features (Permissions) and data (Data Access). For
example, you can set different roles for Tier 1 and 2 vendors.
NEW! - Application & User Provisioning
User Provisioning enables third-party applications to create and maintain users within Eploy. This
powerful new functionality supports SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) to automate
the exchange of user identity data between your company’s cloud applications and Eploy securely.
So, for example, if your company uses Microsoft Azure Active Directory for managing user accounts, Eploy can seamlessly connect and create, read, update and delete users in Eploy. For example, if an employee leaves the business and their Azure AD account is removed - then their user account in Eploy will also be deactivated.
NEW! - Application Limiting
Now, you can set a maximum number of applications, which, once reached, will automatically remove your vacancy from advertising.
NEW! - Filter based on activity count
As part of the new feature to remove vacancies from advertising once you have received a set
number of applications, we extended Eploy’s filtering capability so that you can create filters
based on a count of activities. For example, you can use this new feature within Eploy Flows to automatically reject candidates based on their reaching a maximum number of unsuccessful previous applications.
Hiring Manager - Application Filtering
Hiring managers can now click any data in an Applications-based widget to immediately access
the candidate applications in Pipeline view.
NEW! Auto-deletion Rules
To help you keep your database cleansed, we’ve added new Auto-delete Rules functionality, which enables you to configure specific data cleansing routines. For example, it can automatically delete old records (such as correspondence, actions, etc.) and remove specific candidates after a defined period. You can configure Auto-deletion Rules for contacts, candidates, vacancies, actions, correspondence, applications, call logs, notes, files and form responses. For each Rule, you can configure a filter that will ensure that only the correct records are sent for deletion.
In addition, the system has built-in authorisation to ensure that all deletions are appropriately authorised before they can be activated. Once a Rule has been authorised and activated, it will automatically start deleting based on its filter and continue running until deactivated.
NEW! Employee Portal
*Eploy’s Employee Portal is an optional module that fully integrates with the core Eploy Platform, for pricing please contact your Eploy Account Manager. Bonuses and rewards can be created and tracked within the platform however fulfilment of any bonuses and rewards must be managed by the customer
