This document will provide you with the details on how to access User Name and Password details for your existing users. It will also provide details on using the Forgotten Password facility.

Prerequisites

  • To search for the User Name and Password in the Admin System you must have “Admin User” Permissions
  • Client users are known as Hiring Managers
  • Vendor users are known as Agencies
  • For Vendors and Clients to access their Passwords the portal must have this functionality

Accessing User Name and Password for Admin System Users

A user with “Admin User” Permissions can access all User Name and Password details via the Admin System.

  • Select Admin from the main menu
  • Select Users
  • Search for a user’s details from the list or by using the Filters option
  • To open a record click on the User ID
  • This will open the Edit User option
  • From here you can see the User Name and Password

  

Accessing User Name and Password for the Candidate Portal

Candidates have to enter their User Name and Password to be able to access the candidate portal. These details are set by the candidate when creating their profile and can be changed by them at any time by logging in to the portal.

Accessing candidates details via the Admin System

  • Search for the candidate record
  • Select the Personal tab within the record
  • The candidate User Name is the Email Address saved against the record
  • The Password is located at the top of the Personal Details section in the Personal tab 

Candidates using the Forgotten Password Facility to access their Password only

(to use this facility the candidate must know their user name) 

  • Candidates go to the website where they can click to the Login/Register page of the candidate portal
  • Click on Forgot Password button on the login screen

 

  • The candidate then enters their Email Address and a link will be sent to reset the password (this link is to be used within 24hrs)
  • The link will then take them through to a screen to create New Password and Confirm New Password the password must contain letters and numbers and be at least Fair 

  • The candidate is then sent an email confirming that the password has been changed 

Accessing User Name and Password for the Vendor and Client Portal

Vendors and Clients have to enter their User Name and Password to be able to access the portal. These details are set when creating the user profile in the Admin System.

Accessing Vendor and Client details via the Admin System

(this can be done using the same process as searching for the Admin System Users details or via the Contact record)

  • Search for the contact record that relates to the Vendor or Client
  • Once you have the required record open, click into the Users tab
  • To open the details click on the User ID
  • This will open the Edit User option
  • From here you can see the User Name and Password

Vendors and Clients using the Forgotten Password Facility to access their Password only

(to use this facility the user must know their user name)

  • Vendors and Clients go to the website where they login to the portal
  • Click on Forgot Password button on the login screen
  • The user then enters their Email Address and a link will be sent to reset the password (this link is to be used within 24hrs)
  • The link takes the user through to a screen to create New Password and Confirm New Password (the password must contain letters and numbers and be at least Fair)
  • The user is then sent an email confirming the password has been changed
