Accessing the Eploy Support Centre

To access the Eploy Support Centre, Click into “Help” within Eploy's  “Main Menu” and select the “Support Centre” option. The Support Centre will then launch in a new browser tab/window.

Registering for access to the Eploy Support Centre

1) Click on the “Sign In” button located at the top of the page

2) Click on the “New to Eploy? Sign up” link

3) Complete the fields and click on the “Sign up” button

4) You will then see one of two messages:

  • Sign-up complete” – You have registered successfully and will receive an “Eploy welcome email” containing a verification link allowing you to create an account password (If you don't receive an email within a couple of minutes, please check your junk/spam folder) – Go to step 7

Or

  • A user has already signed up with the given email” - This will be due to our support centre having already created a user profile for you – which will be the case if you have received support from Eploy’s new ticketing system in the past few months (Since April). - Go to step 5

5) If A user has already signed up with the given email “ message appears:

  • Click on the “Please use the regular login” link to navigate back to the “Sign in to Eploy” page
  • Click on the “Forgot my password” link
  • Then enter your Company email address within the “Your email” field and click “Submit

6) You will then receive an email with the subject: “Eploy welcome email” containing a verification link allowing you to create an account password (If you don't receive email from us within a couple of minutes, please check your junk/spam folder)

7) Click the verification link within the email to navigate to the “Select password” page. Enter a password and then click on the “Verify my email address” button

8) You will then be logged in to the Support Centre
