Eploy relies on several pop-up windows when working with the system, allowing you to perform various tasks without losing your original page. Tools such as the CV Import Tool, Query Builder and the Filter options operate in a separate window, allowing you to work in multiple windows at the same time. For this to be effective, you need to allow for pop-ups from itssystems.co.uk so that the pop-ups appear.

What is a Pop-up

A pop-up can open when you click on a certain link or tool within a browser, this will open in a new window. Pop-ups are often used by advertisers and can be triggered by clicking on download content such as images and some links. Eploy, however, uses pop-ups effectively, helping you to manage and work within the system. Your browser will have a built in pop-up blocker designed to stop the frustrating adverts and potentially harmful malware. The pop-up blocker can be managed however to allow for certain pop-ups to appear. To get the most out of your Eploy system, you must allow for our pop-ups.

Allowing for Pop-ups

Depending on the browser that you are using, you will receive a notification somewhere on the page to tell you that a pop-up has been blocked. This may appear in the address bar of the browser if using Google Chrome or on a tool bar at the bottom of the page if using Internet Explorer. You can test this by logging into Eploy and trying to create New Candidate From CV or the Query Builder for example. If the tools appear, then itssystems.co.uk may already have been added to your safe list, if not your pop-up blocker may has been disabled.
